Working in a dual role at the REP, Sarah had a large range of responsibilities. As Company manager in a regional theatre entails all of the travelling, accommodation and day-to-day needs of the acting, design and technical company members. It often included renting apartments and hotel rooms, booking airline tickets, renting transportation, orchestrating furnishings and cleanings for rented apartments, and dealing with any special needs and requests. She also aided in contracting actors and creatives along with coordinating special events around the shows like ceremonial toasts and catered meetings.
As the assistant production manager, she also dealt with matters ranging from the procurement of staff, materials and services, to freight, telecommunications, labor relations, logistics, venue booking, scheduling, operations management, mending delay problems and workplace safety.
On top of that, she was responsible for all venue bookings and coordination, she was the point person from sales to show. She increased booked weeks by 50% in her first year of employment.

She worked as one of the original hires for the support department for a fast growing tech start up. Handled support requests through chat and email. She provided answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers and guiding the client through corrective steps. Her main role was to identify and escalate priority issues as well as resolve the issues that she could.
While working at the company, its gone from 5,000 monthly active users to 19,000 daily active users right now and growing with an active partnership onboarding happening now which is supposed to bring on at least 15,000 new customers.
